Re: kde & printing



Hi Ken.
Ok--I`m pretty sure that TurboPrint recognises what system (LPRng or Cups) 
you have and utilises the system in place---don`t ask me how,all I know it 
does it very well indeed.
I have used cups in the past--but I had to remove EVERYTHING associated with 
LPRng to use the Cups method on it`s own-----I`ll try and find the method if 
you want it.
I would stick with TP--it set up my parallel port Epson760 printer on a bog 
standard Libranet 1.9.1 install easily with no hassle .
