My assumptions about hardware are that sound will not work (re my 
Mandrake installation) and printing will be a bitch (re my Mandrake 
installation)
I agree about ICEWm.  It is my current WM and will stay that way as I 
have an /old/ system  (P166) which is pretty slow.
