Re: gentoo was: Re: AMD owners!!!



I tried Gentoo (I liked LFS, but I missed APT). I couldn't get it going because the PPPoE software I use to connect to the 'net did want to work (probably they didn't include all kernel modules/extra software needed). Sorcerer is nice, although a lot of the sites (especially the sorcerer main site) are very slow or offline.
