DVD?
Hello all,
My cdrom drive needs to go (If it is left with a cd in it for
too long, it stops repsonding and won't open). It is a Sony drive that
same with the machine and is annoying any way (sounds like a lawn
mower).
This leads me to the question: should I get a DVD drive? I've
heard that Linux doesn't have great support, but I was going to get a
separate DVD player anyway, so would this be a good replacement? I've
heard you can plug a TV into it and play the video that way. Will this
work with Linux?
