Thanks. Well, this didn't help me.
Anyhow, today I went out and bought a Matrox Millenium G550 with TV-Out
and DVI (thanks again for that hint!). Thanks to the awesome Matrox
PowerDesk utility, I know even have 105 Hz @ 1152x864.
PS: What you pasted was a "little" hard to read ;) In case you also use
vim for the actual writing of your mails, I've set this in my .muttrc:
set editor="vim \
-c 'set tw=72 et' \
-c 'set autoindent' \
-c 'set formatoptions=tcq2' \
-c 'set syntax=mail' \
-c 'map <F10> gqip' \
-c 'set pastetoggle=<F11>'"
Now, when I paste something, I press <F11> and the formatting completely
stays intact.
