It has the controls, but you still can't straighten it out completely.  I've
seen this problem before on other monitors which I suspect are the cheapo types
like this one.  It's possible there are adjusting "pots" in the back that can be
accessed with a plastic screw drive inserted into little holes in the back of
the case.  They are meant for a technician to actually calibrate the monitor.  I
haven't checked on this one.  All I know is the controls on the front only
marginally do the job.  This is a $150.00 19".  I thought about returning it,
but I was too lazy.
