Re: kt7-raid

Jason
don't know if this helps or not..
I'm a proud KT7Raid user however I don't use raid function ( oops not that
proud I guess =))

I found even booting into Windoze 98, I was not able to get it to boot
without crashing due to the HTP370 raid driver software. Eventually after 4
weeks of headaches an research online, countless emails to Google.

I had to turn off that extra raid function in the bios.

I've never had a problem in windoze or Libranet Linux.
I use all the EIDE slots on my board at 66 cant get 100 though

I run 1.9.0 ( eagerly awaiting next release) though not at as much as I
do on my Prostar 2253 laptop ( alaptop design luckily completely for
Linux )

Just not enough time to play I'm afraid
Linux work pretty flawlessly on both though.

I used to take a train to work in New York City I'd get some curious and
funny looks on the train looking over at gnome or black box screen on laptop
. ha!

good luck that's a GREAT Mother Board
