Your CSS library might not work if that is the case. There is a link
on the Ogle web site to a patched version - you may want to try that
one instead.
Also, I recommend the DVDNav plugin (dvd.sf.net), instead of d4d. It
supports DVD menus pretty well by now.

The problem is that Mplayer includes 3rd-party code whose licenses are
incompatible with one another and the GPL. For this reason, it would
violate the GPL if you distributed binaries.
